Vickie Cadestin is joining us from Weill Cornell Medicine, where she assisted in research, and over 3 years of administrative work. Vickie has completed her undergraduate degree in Biology, with a minor in Chemistry, and has also received her Master's of Science Degree, in Biomedical Sciences (BMS). She has a vast background in the medical field, including patient care, research, administrative roles, and general medical knowledge. Currently, Vickie holds the role as the Program Support Specialist, at Rutgers University, Department of Medicine, Division of Infectious Diseases at the Center for Emerging and Re-Emerging Pathogens, where she joins Dr. Jerrold Ellner’s and Dr. David Alland’s team. Vickie is happy to be on board, where she is looking to advance her career in research and administration, here at Rutgers-NJMS. This is her first year on-board RePORT International Consortia, where she serves on the Administrative Core, as a TB-RiCC Coordinator. She is very friendly, and enjoys traveling, laughing, and smiling.
