Dr. Sudha Srinivasan is part of the TB clinical research branch, in the Therapeutics Research Program at the Division of AIDS at the National Institutes of Allergy and Infectious Diseases at the National Institutes of Health (NIH). She manages a large portfolio of grants and cooperative agreements in the HIV/TB area. Dr. Srinivasan is the project officer for RePORT International Consortia and specifically also for the RePORT India consortium, the first country to participate in the RePORT project. She has been engaged with RePORT from the very beginning and continues to be actively engaged in the project. Additionally, Dr. Srinivasan serves as the project officer for projects that are part of the H3 Africa Consortium and plays an active role in shepherding many working groups within H3 Africa, an Africa centered genomics capacity building initiative all over Africa. Dr. Srinivasan is a geneticist by training, but with over a couple decades of professional experience in managing international projects and programs in public health. She has previously worked at USAID and the DuPONT company, as well as others institutes at the NIH such as the Fogarty International Center and the National Human Genome Research Institute.
