Ms. Daphne Martin serves as Program Manager at the Administrative Core, TB RiCC. She works closely with the sites, partners and funding agencies and manages the various projects funded under TB RiCC.

Daphne has completed her M.A. International Relations from Webster University, Geneva and has over a decade of experience with organizations in India, Germany and Switzerland.

She currently lives in Chennai, India and enjoys reading, travelling, baking and creating recipes with her sons.
